As a Bath Labourer, you will provide essential support and assistance in various construction and renovation projects in the Bath area. Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labor tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to cleaning, moving materials, and site setup.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required, following instructions from supervisors or tradespeople.
• Perform general cleaning and tidying of the work area, ensuring it remains organized and free from hazards.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, such as carrying tools, preparing materials, or providing assistance as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
• Assist with minor construction tasks, such as mixing cement, digging trenches, or installing temporary structures.
• Collaborate with other team members, communicating effectively to ensure coordinated and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and site-specific regulations to maintain quality standards and meet project requirements.
• Report any safety hazards, incidents, or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of your role.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a laborer in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to different work environments.
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a construction setting.
• Valid work permit or right to work in the United Kingdom.
