Job Details

Junior accountant duties include:

• Make a balance sheet after analysing financial data.
• Work in concert with the staff and management to prepare the budget.
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, rules, and federal, state, and local laws.
• Address concerns or problems with payables and receivables.
• Count and file bills, as well as carry out daily cash, cheque and credit card transactions.
• Financial statements must adhere to widely accepted accounting rules (GAAP).
• assist in the creation of general ledgers and financial and tax audits.
• prepare corporate reporting requirements and income tax reports.
• Create monthly financial reports that include balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and statements of cash flow.
• Finish the closing processes for the month.
