Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential compliance and operational risk.
• Monitor and report on compliance and operational risk metrics.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance and operational risk matters.
• Investigate and resolve compliance and operational risk issues or breaches.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders as required.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
