Minimum Experience :

• Min 1 – 3 Years of experience

Education:

• Bachelor // Diploma // Secondary which is as prescribed below

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, linen management, and public area maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with hotel policies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure proper usage and storage.
• Implement and enforce safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and housekeeping management software is an advantage.
