Key Responsibilities:
- ICT Support: Provide technical support and assistance to Tate’s staff and users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance and security of ICT infrastructure.
- User Management: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings to uphold data integrity and confidentiality.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot ICT-related problems, both independently and collaboratively, to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Hardware and Software Procurement: Assist with the procurement of ICT equipment and software, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and technical requirements.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and monitor data backup procedures to safeguard critical information and facilitate data recovery in case of system failures.
- ICT Policies and Procedures: Enforce compliance with ICT policies and procedures, promoting best practices in data management and cybersecurity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as an ICT Administrator or in a similar ICT support role.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other common business applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, IT security protocols, and data backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve ICT issues efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide technical support to non-technical staff.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized approach to managing ICT resources and documentation.
