Residential Coordinator

• 10 to 20 casual part-time hours each week.
• Coordinates staff move-ins and move-outs, obtains leases, and works with administration to coordinate damage deposits.
• Greeting and settling in the staff
• On call for repairs and important issues.
• two staff homes and the residences at Cavell Apartments (bi-weekly inspections)
• Tenants of Jasper Inn Properties’ (off-site) point of contact
• Attend to little repairs, and work with hotel maintenance on major ones.
