  4. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and address any areas requiring improvement.
  5. Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest feedback and requests promptly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
  6. Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment for the team and guests.
  7. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members, fostering their professional growth and performance improvement.
  8. Reporting: Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, team performance, and inventory status for management review.

Requirements:

  1. Housekeeping Experience: Extensive experience in housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and guide the housekeeping team effectively.
  3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
