Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and common areas to uphold the highest cleanliness standards.
2. Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished in guest rooms.
3. Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces, to ensure a hygienic environment.
4. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all areas as required to maintain a tidy and organized space.
5. Remove trash and recycling from rooms and public areas and dispose of them responsibly.
6. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly.
7. Follow established hotel procedures to ensure security and privacy for guests and their belongings.
8. Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
9. Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
10. Adhere to safety and health regulations to create a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet quality and time standards.
3. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
4. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
6. Eligibility to work in Canada with a valid work visa for foreigners or willingness to obtain sponsorship.
7. Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
8. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
