Responsibilities:

2. Linen and Towel Care: Handle linen and towels, ensuring proper cleaning, folding, and replenishment for guest use.
3. Room Setup: Prepare guest rooms with necessary amenities, ensuring all items are in place for a welcoming arrival experience.
4. Waste Management: Dispose of waste and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
5. Restocking: Replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed.
6. Health and Safety: Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
7. Guest Interaction: Interact with guests professionally, fulfilling their requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
8. Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning operations.

Requirements:

1. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and public spaces.
2. Physical Endurance: Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
3. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and tasks to complete housekeeping duties within designated timeframes.
4. Communication: Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests courteously.
5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing work demands and schedules in a dynamic hospitality environment.
6. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
7. Previous Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
