Key Responsibilities:
- Hotel Operations: Manage all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, high standards, and exceptional guest service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
- Guest Relations: Foster a guest-focused culture, ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue generation to achieve profitability targets.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel, drive occupancy rates, and implement revenue-generating strategies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and maintain a secure environment for guests and employees.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the brand standards and deliver consistent high-quality services to guests.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities to support hotel operations.
Requirements:

- Education: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
