• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of accommodation units, common areas, and facilities.
• Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs for staff members.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housing facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and inventory.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in accommodation management or facility management.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in accommodation facilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
