- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of accommodation units, common areas, and facilities.
- Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs for staff members.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housing facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and inventory.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in accommodation management or facility management.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in accommodation facilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
