Job Summary:

Eslington Villa Hotel is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hotel Housekeeping Cleaners. As a Housekeeping Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms, ensuring they are ready for guest arrivals and providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
2. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in guest rooms.
3. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings in guest rooms and public areas.
4. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms, corridors, and other designated areas.
5. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures.
6. Replenish toiletries, towels, and other supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
7. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
8. Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services in a prompt and courteous manner.
9. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
10. Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet cleaning schedules.
3. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
4. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
5. Good verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and guests.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
7. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment or supplies.
8. Eligibility to work in the UK.
