Job Summary:

St Mary and Pope Kyrillos LTD Ambassador Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Accommodation Manager. As the Accommodation Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel’s accommodation services, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s accommodation services, including front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and guest services.
  2. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, resolving any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  3. Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and addressing guest feedback effectively.
  4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experiences.
  5. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  6. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to the accommodation team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  7. Monitor and analyze accommodation metrics, such as occupancy rates and revenue, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for business growth and increased bookings.
  9. Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and competition, and make recommendations to enhance the hotel’s accommodation offerings and services.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in hotel management, preferably as an Accommodation Manager or similar role.
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
  7. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  8. Eligibility to work in the UK.
