Key Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning: Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in clients’ homes. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
2. Surface Care: Use appropriate cleaning products and tools to clean and maintain various surfaces, such as floors, countertops, appliances, furniture, and fixtures. Follow proper cleaning techniques to achieve desired results and ensure the preservation of delicate materials.
3. Dusting and Polishing: Dust and polish furniture, shelves, blinds, and other surfaces to remove dirt, stains, and marks. Pay attention to detail to ensure a thorough and consistent clean.
4. Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinets. Wash dishes, clean ovens, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment as necessary.
5. Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and other bathroom fixtures. Ensure that bathroom surfaces are free of stains, soap scum, and mildew.
6. Window and Mirror Cleaning: Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure streak-free clarity and cleanliness.
7. Laundry and Ironing: Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding clothes. Iron garments and linens as needed.
8. Organization: Maintain a neat and organized environment by arranging items, tidying up rooms, and ensuring clutter-free spaces.
9. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements. Respect clients’ privacy and follow any special instructions provided.
10. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and cleaning tasks to complete assignments within designated timeframes. Prioritize tasks based on client requirements and ensure a thorough clean.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in house cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Respectful and trustworthy demeanor with a commitment to maintaining client privacy.
• Effective communication skills to understand client preferences and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
