Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the civil engineering or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
