Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security risks.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, such as disturbances or medical emergencies.
• Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches or incidents and report findings to management.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and protect hotel assets.
• Provide assistance and support to guests and employees when needed.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Security certification or training is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
