Education

Experience

1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized entry, or suspicious activities.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any security breaches or emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and emergency exits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist guests and team members with security-related concerns or inquiries.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures regarding access control, parking, and guest behavior.
• Complete incident reports and documentation for security-related incidents or accidents.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Previous experience as a security officer, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and fire safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
