Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Health Caretakers to join various healthcare facilities in Canada that offer visa sponsorships. Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Care and Assistance:

5. Record-Keeping and Documentation:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Health Caretaker, Personal Support Worker (PSW), or in a related healthcare role is preferred.
• Knowledge of personal care techniques, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Understanding of infection control practices and health and safety regulations.
• Compassion, empathy, and respect for individuals’ dignity and privacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle lifting, bending, and assisting with transfers.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle emotionally challenging situations.
