Experience :

• 1 – 3 Years of experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the assigned department or branch.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee customer service activities and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
