Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store manager in planning and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all operational procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening/closing, are followed efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are attractive, well-maintained, and effectively showcase products.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in retail management, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
