- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training and development of Guest Relations staff.
- Handle VIP and special guest requests with utmost attention.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a Guest Relations role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software.
