3. Plant and Flower Care: Plant, water, and prune trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants to enhance the overall landscape.
4. Weed Control: Identify and remove weeds from flower beds, lawns, and other landscaped areas, using manual or mechanical tools.
5. Hedge and Tree Maintenance: Trim hedges and maintain trees, ensuring they are well-shaped and free from any potential hazards.
6. Leaf Clearance: Collect and dispose of fallen leaves, keeping pathways, lawns, and other areas clean and safe.
7. Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
8. Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and reporting any hazards or accidents.

Requirements:
