Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Procedures: Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers by demonstrating and enforcing safety procedures and regulations.
2. In-Flight Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including serving meals and beverages, and attending to passenger requests.
3. Pre-Flight Preparation: Prepare the aircraft cabin before each flight, including safety checks, cabin cleanliness, and catering setup.
4. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to various in-flight emergencies, including medical situations and security issues.
5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with the flight crew and passengers throughout the flight.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle passenger conflicts and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
7. Documentation: Accurately complete required in-flight reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Certification: Flight Attendant certification and training from a recognized aviation school or airline is required.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Safety Training: Certification in CPR and first aid is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Visa Sponsorship: Must require visa sponsorship to work legally in the USA.
