Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing: Accurately process and record invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Accounts Payable: Assist in accounts payable activities, including verifying and reconciling vendor invoices and payments.
3. Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
4. Expense Reimbursement: Process and review employee expense reports for compliance with company policies.
5. General Ledger: Support general ledger maintenance and reconciliation activities.
6. Financial Records: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
7. Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve financial issues and inquiries.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Visa Sponsorship: Must require visa sponsorship to work legally in the USA.
