Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for various stakeholders.
- Process financial transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Provide financial advice and support to various departments and staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
