Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform various tasks in a manufacturing or production setting, following established procedures and guidelines.
2. Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, ensuring safety and efficiency.
3. Assemble and package products according to specifications, maintaining quality standards.
4. Inspect finished products for defects, discrepancies, and adherence to quality standards.
5. Load and unload materials, components, and finished products using appropriate tools and equipment.
6. Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, cleaning machinery, and disposing of waste materials.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
9. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to report progress, issues, and concerns.
10. Assist in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as required.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry objects of varying weights.
3. Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery and equipment.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
5. Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
