Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on printing equipment, machinery, and tools to ensure their proper functioning.
   • Identify any equipment issues and address them promptly to minimize downtime.
2. Facility Maintenance:
   • Assist in general facility maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
   • Ensure that the printing facility is kept clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
3. Preventive Maintenance:
   • Implement preventive maintenance procedures to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent breakdowns.
   • Create and follow maintenance schedules to conduct routine inspections and service equipment.
4. Troubleshooting:
   • Troubleshoot technical problems related to printing equipment and machinery.
   • Collaborate with other team members to find effective solutions to technical issues.
5. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
   • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
6. Record Keeping:
   • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment service history.
   • Provide reports to the factory supervisor as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in factory maintenance, equipment repair, or related field is preferred.
• Technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow maintenance procedures.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required in a factory setting.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining equipment and facility.
• Availability to work in Canada with visa sponsorship.
