Position Description

• Assembling wood goods such window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels will be required of the candidate.
• The candidate will be expected to record details regarding the goods examined.
• To build prefabricated home, the candidate will need to put together door panels, trusses, or modular pieces.
• The applicant will be required to package goods for distribution and delivery.
• The candidate will be required to reinforce completed items using dowelling or other supports.
• The applicant would be required to check the compliance of wood products with quality standards.
• The candidate must designate damaged components or goods for repair.

Position Requirements

• The applicant should speak French or English well.
• The minimal requirement for the position is a diploma from a secondary (high) school.
• A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar field would be required of the ideal applicant.
• The applicant must be capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
