Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to support Gulftainer’s operational and business objectives.
• Coordinate with other departments, including operations, maintenance, and safety, to ensure seamless execution of engineering projects.
• Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services for engineering projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure the safety and reliability of engineering assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in engineering to drive innovation and efficiency.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Professional engineering license or certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in engineering management or leadership roles, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
