Handle currency exchange and provide information on banking products and services.
Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Adhere to banking regulations and security procedures to prevent fraud and ensure customer safety.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Promote banking products and services to meet customer needs and sales targets.

Education and Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent.
