Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement electrical systems, components, and equipment for various projects.
Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Create and review technical specifications, drawings, and schematics to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
Perform detailed calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure functionality and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their skill development.
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, efficiency, and innovation within the organization.
Maintain accurate documentation of designs, changes, and project progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Profound knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
Strong proficiency in using relevant software tools for designing, simulating, and analyzing electrical systems (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice, etc.).
Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical systems and components.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Prior experience working on international projects or in multicultural teams is a plus.
