Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement electrical systems, components, and equipment for various projects.
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
- Create and review technical specifications, drawings, and schematics to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
- Perform detailed calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their skill development.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, efficiency, and innovation within the organization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of designs, changes, and project progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
- Strong proficiency in using relevant software tools for designing, simulating, and analyzing electrical systems (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice, etc.).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Prior experience working on international projects or in multicultural teams is a plus.
