Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard recognition.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders on EH&S matters.
- Monitor and report on EH&S performance metrics to management.
- Participate in EH&S committees and meetings to promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on relevant EH&S regulations and best practices.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EH&S management, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
