Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising all departments within the resort, including accommodation, food and beverage, recreation, and guest services.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Recruiting, training, and managing staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-control measures.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
