• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote children’s physical, cognitive, and social development.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diapering as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility and play areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Follow daycare policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or relevant childcare qualification preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
