3. Financial Records: Maintain and update financial records, transactions, and reports on a regular basis.
4. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
5. Timely Delivery: Meet deadlines for data entry tasks and prioritize assignments as required.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors in data entry.
7. Documentation: Organize and maintain data entry documentation and files for easy retrieval and reference.
8. Communication: Collaborate with the Finance team to resolve data discrepancies and address any issues related to data entry.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company’s data entry policies and procedures.
10. Software Proficiency: Utilize relevant software and tools for data entry and data management tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications or certifications in Banking, Finance, or Data Entry will be advantageous.
2. Experience: Prior experience as a Data Entry Operator in the banking or finance sector is preferred.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Numeric Skills: Strong numeric and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with banking terminology and financial data is a plus.
6. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in data entry software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), and basic computer skills.
