The Role: Customer Service Administrator
We’re hiring a proactive Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Candidate Support
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients and job seekers.
- Provide updates on application statuses, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Troubleshoot issues (e.g., payroll discrepancies, shift changes) with empathy and efficiency.
2. Administrative Excellence
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn).
- Process new candidate registrations, right-to-work checks, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on candidate placements, client feedback, and service metrics.
3. Operational Coordination
- Liaise with recruitment consultants to match candidates with client requirements.
- Update job boards and social media platforms with new vacancies.
- Assist with onboarding sessions for new temporary workers.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions to enhance service quality.
- Participate in team training on new software, GDPR compliance, and sector-specific trends.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience: 1+ years in customer service, administration, or a related role.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English skills; ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Problem-Solving: A knack for resolving issues calmly under pressure.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or the logistics/retail sectors.
- Multilingual skills (e.g., Polish, Romanian) to support diverse candidates.
- Knowledge of UK employment law or GDPR.
