Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
