Responsibilities:

1. Security Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, including alarms, breaches, and emergencies, following established protocols.
2. Access Control: Monitor access points and ensure that only authorized personnel enter the corporate premises.
3. Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the corporate property to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
4. Incident Management: Take charge of managing security incidents, coordinating with the central control room and relevant authorities as needed.
5. Surveillance: Utilize surveillance systems to monitor and identify suspicious activities or threats.
6. Report Writing: Document all incidents, responses, and patrols in detailed and accurate reports.
7. Emergency Preparedness: Stay updated on emergency response procedures and participate in emergency drills and training.
8. Customer Service: Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and clients, providing a high level of customer service and support.

Requirements:

1. Corporate Security Experience: Proven experience in corporate security or a related field is preferred.
2. SIA License: Hold a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license for Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle security incidents calmly and efficiently.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify security risks and maintain accurate records.
6. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing security patrols and responding swiftly to incidents.
7. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per the corporate security requirements.
