Job Summary:

Emaar Properties, a leading real estate development company in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will contribute to the successful execution of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates on project status to management.
• Supervise and guide construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve any construction issues or obstacles that may arise.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Manage and track construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and progress documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and proactively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Valid work permit or residency in Dubai.
