Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist skilled construction workers, including carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers, in performing a wide range of construction tasks.
2. Efficiently transport and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
3. Engage in general labor duties, such as digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
4. Aid in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
5. Operate basic hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced team members.
6. Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Familiarize yourself with construction plans, blueprints, and project instructions.
8. Collaborate effectively with the construction team to ensure project progress.

Requirements:

1. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
2. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
3. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment will be an advantage.
4. Previous construction experience is not required but considered a plus.
5. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and personal growth.
