• Train and motivate cleaning staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and tailor services accordingly.
• Handle and resolve any complaints or issues related to cleaning services in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
• Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for cleaning staff and facility occupants.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cleaning activities, such as cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and supply usage.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff and clients.
• Sound knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and best practices.
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
• Proficiency in using cleaning management software or related systems.
• Valid work permit or right to work in the United Kingdom.
