Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in processing.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Manage phone orders and online delivery requests.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
• Assist with packaging food orders and ensuring timely service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food handling procedures are upheld.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is an asset.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
