Responsibilities:

1. Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and providing accurate change.
2. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile any discrepancies.
3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff regarding financial inquiries and transactions.
4. Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system to process transactions and generate receipts.
5. Financial Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports and summaries as required by the administrative team.
6. Reconciliation: Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in cashiering or a similar role is preferred.
3. Strong numerical and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point of sale systems.
