Experience

1-2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with their cargo inquiries and service requests.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding cargo rates, schedules, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely delivery.
Process cargo bookings, documentation, and customs clearance procedures.
Address customer complaints and concerns, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of cargo transactions and customer interactions.
Keep clients informed of any changes or updates related to their cargo shipments.
Assist in coordinating special cargo handling requests and arrangements.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the cargo or logistics industry, is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in using computer systems and cargo management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various customer inquiries simultaneously.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Must meet the eligibility criteria for work visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
