Job Responsibilities (Role Breakdown):
1. Railway Track Maintainer
- Inspect, repair, and replace railway tracks and ties
- Operate track machines and tools
- Ensure safe rail alignment and clearance
2. Train Conductor
- Coordinate train movements and cargo documentation
- Monitor safety during travel, stops, and cargo handling
- Communicate with dispatchers and crew
3. Railcar Mechanic (Carman)
- Inspect railcars for defects and safety compliance
- Repair or replace brakes, wheels, and structural parts
- Use power tools and welding equipment
4. Heavy Equipment Operator
- Operate backhoes, bulldozers, cranes, and tamping machines

5. Signal Maintainer
- Install, inspect, and repair signal systems and switches
- Work with electrical systems and communication equipment
- Maintain accurate reports of repairs
