Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial and cost management activities for construction projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize project costs and budgets.
• Conduct cost estimation, forecasting, and analysis throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide advice and guidance on contractual matters and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial and cost management roles within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control techniques.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
