Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to customers with precision and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and drip brewers.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the coffee preparation area and customer seating.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage trends.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
