Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to customer preferences.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation by following standard recipes and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee shop, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, and syrups, as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and providing change.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer needs.

Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred but not required.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation methods.
