Minimum Experience :

• Min 1 – 3 Years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Train and supervise bartenders on cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, and service standards.
• Develop and maintain cocktail menus and specialty drinks to meet guest preferences and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Monitor beverage quality and presentation and address any issues promptly.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in bartending or hospitality management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using bar equipment and POS systems.
